Cats like to cling to their habits; they don't always like change to put it mildly! For a successful dietary transition, both for digestion and behaviour, we recommend gradually introducing Ziggy's wet and dry food into their diet.
Here's a suggested plan for a gentle dietary transition:
- Day 1: 10% Ziggy - 90% usual food
- Day 2: 20% Ziggy - 80% usual food
- Day 3: 30% ZIGGY - 70% usual food
& so on until your cat has completely switched to Ziggy's dry and wet food!

Here are the different return and refund options for Ziggy products:
We take back and refund unopened products within 30 days:
- Wet food: Packs of 4, 16, or 9 unopened and uneaten
- Dry food: Bags of 1 kg or 2.5 kg unopened and uneaten
- Litter: 10L bag unopened and unused
- Probiotics: Box of 30 pouches unopened and uneaten
- Omega Boost: Unopened and unused 100mL bottle
- Treats: Unopened and uneaten 40g bag
- Accessories (toys, brushes, ...): still with label/packaging, unused
- Bundles: complete contents of unopened and unused box
We accept returns of remaining unopened and uneaten trays of wet food from open packs of 4, 16, or 9. We'll refund the remaining trays as a credit valid indefinitely.
We also accept returns and refund as credit valid indefinitely for unopened and uneaten pouches of probiotics remaining from an open box of probiotics.
For reasons of hygiene and conservation, opened packets of dry food, bags of litter, bags of treats or bottles of Omega Boost oil cannot be returned. Accessories such as brushes or toys that have already been used cannot be returned.
In the event of a customer order error: in this particular case, we reserve the right to ask the customer to contribute to the return costs.
We do not cover shipping costs for returns to international destinations (Germany, Denmark, Spain, Hungary, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Czech Republic and Slovakia). These will be charged to the customer.
