Ziggy treats for cats are like no other. Thanks to several months of Research and Development with our veterinary nutritionist, Dr Géraldine Blanchard, and our partner factory, our treats for cats are as healthy as they are tasty, to look after your cat's health while delighting him.
Ziggy treats for cats come in two varieties: the 'Happy' recipe with salmon and coconut and the 'Relax' recipe with salmon and valerian. Their composition is ultra-clean and transparent: 72% salmon meat, just 6 ingredients, 0% starch and no superfluous ingredients (colouring agents, synthetic flavour enhancers, just the good stuff!). Healthy, tasty treats that you can give every day without feeling guilty.
And because they're super-clean, they're suitable for ALL cats: kittens, adult neutered or no-neutered cats, senior cats, cats with medical conditions and even overweight cats! They're less than 1 kcal per treat! However, it's always good to first seek advice from your vet.
Treats are much more than a simple pleasure to eat, they strengthen the bond between you and your little feline. You can give him a treat as a reward, after a good deed (because he didn't scratch the sofa for example), after a play session or after brushing. Hidden in an interactive game, treats are also ideal for providing mental stimulation while you're out.
You can give your cat treats at any time of the day: in the morning, with a snack, or at bedtime.
Treats are ideal for veterinary appointments as they make it easier to convince your cat to jump into his carrying bag. They're also a great reward following a appointment at the vets, for cats who don't always enjoy the experience. A little treat that'll make all the difference!
We recommend 1 treat per kilo of optimal weight. If your cat weighs 4 kilos, for example, you can give him 4 treats a day. If he weighs 5 kilos, you can give him 5, and so on.
Our treats are complementary foods. They should be offered alongside a complete and quality food for cats, like our delicious dry food and wet food for cats, which keep over 100,000 of our furry friends purring with delight.
