We know how impatient our cats can be (especially when it comes to eating or napping)!
At Ziggy, we ship your orders the same day you place them (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays).
Please allow an average of 3 to 4 business days for pickup point deliveries, and 24 to 48 hours for home deliveries.
- From €0 to €49:
Pickup at a pickup point (Mondial Relay or Chrono Relais): €3.90
Home delivery: €6.90
- From €50 to €69:
Pickup at a pickup point (Mondial Relay or Chrono Relais): FREE
Home delivery: €6.90
- €70 and up:
Pickup point delivery (Mondial Relay or Chrono Relais): FREE
Home delivery: FREE
For Mondial Relay and Chrono Relais orders, you have 5 days to pick up your package at a pickup point or locker, starting from the date of delivery. After this period, the package will be returned to us.
Delivery times in mainland France: 3 to 4 business days for orders placed before noon at a pickup point (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays), and 24 to 48 hours for home deliveries.
For Germany, Spain (excluding islands), Italy (excluding islands), Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Portugal (excluding islands), and the Czech Republic:
From €0 to €79: Home delivery for €7.90
From €80: FREE home delivery

If you or your cat aren’t satisfied with Ziggy within 30 days of receiving your package, we’ll accept a return of the products under the terms outlined below.
We’ll generate a return label so you can send your products back to us hassle-free. Contact our customer service team to get your return label!
