Divide your cat's daily food intake into a minimum of 4 small meals (for example, two in the morning when you get up and before you leave the house, at lunchtime or when you get home and in the evening). These smaller quantities of food, even dry food, remain fresher and cleaner compared with a single large quantity which oxidises and is vulnerable to mould.

Measure and weigh the amount of food you give your cat according to his optimal weight.

Avoid giving your cat bottomless dry food to avoid him over-consuming.

Not sure what the ideal amount of wet food / dry food is for your cat? Use our portion calculator to work out your cat's perfect portion size based on his ideal weight.

Minimise your cat's exposure to stress: crowds, moving around, changes in habits, noise, etc.

Choose a highly digestible food, with premium animal proteins (from prime muscle and organ meats rather than bone, collagen, etc.). Supplement your cat's diet with probiotics to promote a healthy digestive flora.
